By submitting an article/manuscript, the author agrees to this policy. No special document approval is required.
1. License
Non-commercial use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license as currently displayed at the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
2. Author's Warranty
The author warrants that the article is original, written by the named author(s), has not been previously published, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author(s) and is free from any third-party rights, and that any necessary written permission to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author(s).
3. User/Public Rights
The Income digital business journal's advantage is its dissemination of published articles to the fullest extent possible. Under the Creative Commons license, Income digital business journal permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work for non-commercial purposes only. Users are also required to attribute authors and Upgrade Jurnal Pendidikan Teknologi when distributing work in journals and other publications. Unless otherwise stated, authors are public entities immediately upon publication of their articles.
4. Author Rights
Authors retain all rights to their published works, including (but not limited to) the following rights:
Copyright and other proprietary rights associated with the article, such as patents,
The right to use the substance of the article in their own future works, including lectures and books, the right to reproduce the article for their own purposes, the right to archive their own articles (please see the deposit policy), and the right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the article (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
5. Co-Authorship
If the article has been prepared jointly by more than one author, each author submitting the manuscript warrants that they have been authorized by all co-authors to sign the copyright and license notices (agreements) on their behalf, and agrees to inform their co-authors of the terms of this policy. Upgrade Jurnal Pendidikan Teknologi will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from internal author disputes. Upgrade Jurnal Pendidikan Teknologi will only communicate with the corresponding author.
6. Royalties
As an open-access journal and distributing articles freely under the terms of the Creative Commons license, authors acknowledge that Upgrade Jurnal Pendidikan Teknologi grants the authors rights without royalties or other fees.
7. Miscellaneous
Income Digital Business Journal will publish (or publish) articles in the journal if the article's editorial process is successfully completed. The editor of Income Digital Business Journal may modify the article to suit the style, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing, and usage. Authors acknowledge that the article may be published for public access and that access is free for readers, as stated in point 3.
