Analisis Kerjasama Lintas Sektor dalam Program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan Lokal pada Balita Gizi Kurang di Puskesmas

Riset Kesehatan Dasar Indonesia tahun 2018 melaporkan prevalensi balita gizi buruk sebesar 13,8%. Sebagai upaya penanggulangan, pemerintah mengembangkan Program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) berbahan lokal. Data posyandu Kecamatan Kunjang pada Juni 2024 menunjukkan terdapat 79 balita dengan status gizi kurang. Pelaksanaan PMT tahun 2024 dilakukan secara kolaboratif lintas sektor, melibatkan puskesmas (ahli gizi dan bidan desa), pemerintah desa, Tim Penggerak PKK, kader posyandu, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kendala yang dihadapi serta merumuskan solusi perbaikan program. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan analisis triangulasi data. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbaikan status gizi pada 59 dari 79 balita. Meskipun koordinasi lintas sektor berjalan baik, masih ditemukan beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan. Rekomendasi dari hasil diskusi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program PMT pada tahun berikutnya.
