Abstract

Kepemimpinan diri (self-leadership) merupakan fondasi utama bagi pemimpin pendidikan yang berkarakter dan adaptif di era Pendidikan 5.0. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan model pengabdian masyarakat berbasis sinergi filosofi Ki Hajar Dewantara dan Imam Al-Ghazali untuk menguatkan kepemimpinan diri pendidik. Kegiatan melibatkan 86 ustazah di Ar-Rohmah Putri IIBS melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Learning (PAL) yang diintegrasikan dengan Design Thinking. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan transformasi pada: (1) peningkatan kesadaran reflektif dan motivasi spiritual, (2) penguatan prinsip keteladanan dan pemberdayaan dalam pembelajaran, serta (3) terbentuknya teacher reflection circles berbasis nilai spiritual dan kearifan lokal. Model sinergi ini diusulkan sebagai kerangka pengembangan kepemimpinan holistik pendidik.
