The growing population in Indonesia, which is dominated by generation Z, makes financial inclusion very important for those of productive age. This research aims to determine the influence of financial technology, financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on financial inclusion. The population is generation Z in the city of Semarang, a total of 60 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire with Likert scale parameters. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and is processed using SPSS version 29 software. Research findings show that the variables financial technology, financial literacy and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on financial inclusion. The digitization of destinations in the Mandalika SEZ requires the hospitality industry to be able to adapt and respond strategically. The application of technology is believed to be applied in supporting the business continuity of the hospitality industry. This study aims to investigate the perceptions of hoteliers regarding technological adaptation. The method used is a phenomenological qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with five key informants, and documentation. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed by condensing the data, assisted by a coding table. The results of this study found that two important aspects that drive the adoption of technology in hotel operational services are the desire for operational automation and marketing agility. The technology adoption process focuses on hotel operational services that are considered a necessity in the modern era and technological advancements. The existence of this technology adoption indicates the adaptability of technology in the hotel industry. This result contributes as a significant indicator of the progress towards digitalizing destinations, crucial for enhancing the sustainable image of Mandalika SEZ. This research aims to analyze the influence of the organizational culture of respect and competence on the performance of civil servants in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR).</em> <em>The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a total sample of 42 civil servants. This research used a saturated sampling technique and used multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that the organizational culture of respect and civil servants’ competence significantly positively affect employee performance. This research contributes to enhancing the understanding of the DPUPR in Madiun, Indonesia, by examining its current organizational culture. However, the contemporary situation is that the millennial age is perceived as having difficulty reaching financial contentment. This research aims to analyze the factors that significantly influence the level of financial satisfaction of the millennial generation in Pariaman, Indonesia. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey data collection methods. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 100 millennial generation respondents were involved in this research. The results show that financial behavior, and primary agents significantly and positively affect financial satisfaction. On the other hand, risk tolerance, financial self-efficacy, secondary agents, and consumer’s childhood experience do not significantly influence financial satisfaction. This study contributes in improving the understanding of the factors influencing the financial contentment of millennials. The findings make theoretical and managerial advances by assisting millennials in understanding the factors that influence their financial happiness. ShopeeFood plays a crucial role in meeting consumer needs by offering convenience and ease. However, user interface and service quality are critical aspects of the user experience. An inadequate user interface or low service quality can lead to dissatisfaction and influence the user's intention to reuse ShopeeFood. This study aims to determine the influence of user interface (UI) and service quality on the repurchase intention of ShopeeFood users in the Medan Polonia District. The method used a quantitative-descriptive approach. The sample size used is 100 people. The results of this study indicate that the UI has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Moreover, UI and service quality positively and significantly affect repurchase intention. This research contributes valuable insights into the pivotal roles of UI and service quality in shaping the repurchase intention of ShopeeFood users in the Medan Polonia District, underscoring their significance in enhancing user repurchase intention within the digital food delivery sector. TikTok is used as an entertainment medium and as a platform to promote businesses because it can reach the target market easily through creative content. This research aims to determine the strategy for using TikTok social media as a promotional medium for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), such as Sultan Mango Malang. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approachData collection techniques were carried out through documentation, observation, and interviews, then analyzed using the data triangulation method. The results of this study show that the strategies successfully implemented by the SMEs include actively following popular trends, interacting directly with the audience, utilizing the live streaming feature, consistently uploading content, working with influencers, and holding discount promos and prizes. It also shows that user participation and interaction are the main keys to assessing the success of TikTok's promotional strategy. Sultan Mango Malang can increase product awareness and improve the quality of services provided as they actively respond to every form of user interaction quickly. This is also one way to increase the company's internal strength. This research aims to determine the influence of spiritual and emotional intelligence on business motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with descriptive associative analysis. The respondents of this research are the people of Bojonegoro Regency. The sampling technique is based on a representative sample size, which in this case is 50 samples. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely testing the validity and reliability of research instruments, classical assumptions’ test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study show that spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a significant and positive effect on business motivation, and they simultaneously have a positive effect on business motivation. Thus it can be explained that improving spiritual and emotional intelligence appears as a critical method for fostering business motivation in more competitive situations, hence strengthening internal organizational resilience. The findings contribute in providing useful insights for companies seeking to nurture a motivated workforce by stressing the development of spiritual and emotional intelligence in employees.
