Abstract

lecturer is an educator at a college institution and is instrumental in teaching and learning activities. The ability of students in the field of Technology and Science is inseparable from the role of Lecturers, so it is important to always maintain the quality of the Lecturers. To know the quality of the Lecturer, provide periodically. One way to measure the quality of Lecturer by doing Questionnaire. The questionnaire is aimed at outstanding students from the teaching Lecturers. Data generated from the questionnaire will use AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by similarity to Ideal Solution) method. And from the results of these calculations can be used to make the decision-making process by institutions of Higher Education. From the example of 30 lecturers measured by the Questionnaire and by using 12 assessment indicators in the Questionnaire, it can be done and implemented well using AHP and TOPSIS method. Results of questionnaires from students showed the accuracy level reached between 88 % to 94%.
