Abstract
Kebijakan Pemerintah menerapkan Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi memberi tantangan lembaga pendidikantinggi untuk membuat sebuah model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang mampu mengimplementasikankonsep “belajar berbasis kompetensi” tersebut. Fitur yang dimiliki salah satu Document Management System(DMS) dan Learning Management System (LMS) adalah hal yang menarik untuk digabungkan menjadi modelyang akan digunakan untuk menjawab kebutuhan di atas.
