SISTEM PAKAR FUZZY UNTUK DIAGNOSA PENYAKIT TELINGA, HIDUNG DAN TENGGOROKAN (THT)

Abstract

This research is about the making of expert system by fuzzy logic concept to diagnose otorhinolaryngology. The amount of otorhinolaryngology that is used as sample for this research is 18 type of diseases which consisted of 10 diseases in the ear, 5 diseases in the nose and 3 diseases in the throat. The patients used as the test cases are 50 people. Inference system method used in this research is Mamdani with deffuzification process by centroid method. The results showed that the fuzzy systems developed is able to diagnose otorhinolaryngology with an accuracy of 80%. System generate output types of the disease the risk level and the scale of values.
