SISTEM PAKAR KERUSAKAN MESIN BORDIR DENGAN METODE CERTAINTY FACTOR BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract

Machine embroidery (embroidery machine) is now widely used from adolescence to adulthood with special abilities, along with expanding the world of fashion (fashion) made workers the world of fashion or the beginner using embroidery machine in order to improve the results of their clothes and of course increase their income. Then made an application expert system damage on the embroidery machine using a certainty factor based on android with the aim of facilitating the embroidery machine user in detecting and diagnosing damage to the embroidery machine them, which coupled with the use of smartphones increased by making it easier for people to interact straightly with applications in terms of knowing the types of damage and how the right way to fix it. In this research produced an android-based expert system application that can be a means to find out quickly about the damage the sewing machine and how to fix it without having to come directly to the experts. Implementation of certainty factor method is best used on diagnosis expert system damage embroidery machine so that it can be seen the results of the level of certainty of diagnosis of engine failure.
