Abstract

Hospitals as health care services (healthcare) desperately need the presence of information and communication technology in recording the activity of the business process, especially outpatient. Along with the development of business processes, the number of patients in hospitals is increasing causing the traffic data that must be managed increases. Big data is managed for use in preparing the report and decision support systems. Recording and storage are not integrated into obstacles in providing decision support information. Application of data warehouse-based Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) became solutions to these problems. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the data warehouse architecture-hospital outpatient based definition by Bill Inmon data warehouse.
