ANALISIS PENERIMAAN DAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK MENGGUNAKAN STRUKTURAL EQUATION MODELLING

Abstract

This study aims to analyze acceptance and user satisfaction of Academic Information System (SIAkad) at Institute of Science and Technology Al-Kamal (ISTA) by using a model approach to Technology Acceptance Model ( TAM ) and End User Computing Satisfaction ( EUCS). The hypothesis testing was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program version 18.00. The test results of good of fit t o SEM model, shows that model is an acceptable fit mode. Path diagram has a ChiSquare (CR) value of 229,068 with a probability ( P ) < 0,05 is equal to 0,0645. Likewise with the value of Degree of Freedom (DF), Goodness of Fit Index (GFI), Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI), Comperative Fit Index (CFI), Tucker-Lewis Index (TLI), The Minimum Sample Discrepancy Function Devided with Degrre of Freedom (CMIN/DF) and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) have met the recommended value. The SEM model also produces two equations, namely PN (Acceptance) = 0,217 * KM (Easy of Use) + 0,452 * KB (Usefulness) and KP (Satisfaction) = 0,709 * KB (Usefulness) + 0,185 * PN (Acceptance). The test results of the eight proposed hypothesis suggests the value of CR ≥ 1,967 with P ≤ 0,05, so that all the hypotheses in this study have been accepted. Ease of use has the total effect on the usefulness of 0,207 and 0,310 for user acceptance. Usefulness has a total effect on user acceptance of 0,452 and 0,793 for to user satisfaction. While the user acceptance has a total effect on user satisfaction of 0,185. This study can be used as a reference for stakeholders in to development of future systems that are more useful to be accepted by users.
