MODEL SISTEM INFORMASI PERIZINAN FASILITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN (Studi Kasus pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Banjarbaru)

Abstract

Health care system licensing services performed manually or conventional, causing the emergence of some fundamental issues, such as the uncertainty and timing of completion that cannot be monitored at all times. The concierge service cannot freely accomplish tasks freely services anytime and anywhere. This causes the time of completion of a service exceeds the maximum amount of time specified in the Standard Operating Procedures. This article describes a model of Web-based information system that can be used as a medium of communication and transactions online to the public requiring licensing services related to health care in the health office, quickly and efficiently, both in terms of time efficiency of the process and in terms of cost efficiency.
