EVALUASI KINERJA SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN MAHASISWA PADA FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS ISLAM IAIN PURWOKERTO

Abstract

The Faculty of Economics and Business Islam IAIN Purwokerto, there are some indicators that can be stated that the performance of information technology has been in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. Additionally, academic administrative staff in the faculties do not know what is required of students, so that the purpo ses of the students there are not yet available in the system information such excellent service. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of matur ity of the application of information technology in the sub-section of the academic faculty. Framework is used to generate a level of maturity in this study using the COBIT domain determination based on analysis using Ward and Peppard. The results of the analysis of Ward and Peppard in 6 sub domains which can have high levels of primary interest to me asure the level of maturity. As for the sub domains, among others PO1, PO7, AI2, DS7, DS10 and ME1 with an average maturity level of 3,12. From the results of the maturity level it can be concluded that the management of existing information technology in Sub-Section Academic Faculty of Economics and Business Islam IAIN Purwokerto performed Defined Process (set), meaning that at this level the organization has mechanisms and procedures concerning the procedures and management system information technology governance.
