ANALISIS PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KESIAPAN IMPLEMENTASI KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DI KANTOR PUSAT PELAYANAN TERPADU PROVINSI BENGKULU

Abstract

Integrated Licensing Services Office (KP2T) Bengkulu Province is an institution that aims to improve and enhance the quality of services in the field of licensing and non-licensing through the mechanism of coordination, integration and synchronization as well as the principles of good governance (goog government). documentation of knowledge is that knowledge possessed by each employee does not go away and can also be shared to other employees, as well as the creation of a means to discuss and distribute the problems, as well as knowledge that is still stored in each employee to avoid a repeat of kesalaha-mistakes that have been done , This research was conducted by census employees as respondents using questionnaires, research questionnaire Data Calculation results of the third aspect of abstract, soft, and hard by calculating an average of 61.17%, or at the level of 4 (receptive) obtained from the mean average at 69.35% abstract aspects of the assessment, the average soft aspects of 57.26% votes and an average aspect hard vote of 56.9%. Preparation of analytical knowledge management Integrated Licensing Services Office (KP2T) Bengkulu province was ready to implement knowledge management.
