PALTV has been established for approximately 18 years, to be precise on September 9 2005. According to the sources the author reviewed, so far there has been no change to the PALTV logo, starting from its inception in 2005 until now it still uses the same logo. Therefore, PALTV as the first television station in South Sumatra and Palembang City should carry out rebranding so that it can position itself with the needs and developments of the times, especially in aspects of current digital culture. The main problem discussed in this research is how to analyze the PAL TV logo design based on the principles of simple, timeless, proportional and relevant logo design. The results of this research can be seen that visually the PALTV logo does not fully represent digital culture with the development of information and communication technology. This research aims to find out what kind of PSAs support changes in people's behavior. This research uses a qualitative descriptive case study method. Data is analyzed using qualitative methods which are then presented and interpreted narratively or descriptively. The results of data analysis stated that the target community's behavior towards PSAs was quite positive. Most informants liked PSAs in the form of animations in the form of stories because they had a fear effect, thereby creating a desire to follow the invitation from the PSAs. Informants were of the opinion that the duration of the PSAs should not be too short so that it makes the PSAs less informative or should not be too long so that it makes the PSA boring. From several research findings, it is evident that VCD can be considered as an academic discipline, and more narrowly, visual communication design media can be employed as a subject in preserving Minangkabau culture and local wisdom. One of the objectives of this research is to underscore that the field of visual communication design, as a subject, can be utilized to promote efforts to preserve and enhance the existence of this discipline in conserving the culture. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian berbasis praktik dengan pendekatan langkah kerja perancangan <em>design</em> <em>thinking.</em> Memulai dari tahap (<em>empathize</em>) yaitu pengumpulan data, kemudian membuat kesimpulan permasalahan data (<em>define</em>), setelah itu melalui proses (<em>ideate</em>) yaitu membuat konsep visual. Kemudian melakukan tahap prototype, dan yang terakhir testing sebagai uji coba hasil perancangan. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang dikisahkan melalui ketiga karakter utama tersebut merupakan bentuk dari rasa kekhawatiran, kecurigaan, dan rasa takut berlebihan terhadap orang lain. Metode penelitian ini adalah multimodal discourse analysis dan analisis enam-tingkat telefilm enam tingkat karya Rick Iedem dengan pendekatan eksploratif kualitatif. However, there are many obstacle factors experienced by the Baiturrohman PPAY Social Institution in the process of building brand branding so that the public is not aware of the existence of the Baiturrohman PPAY Social Institution, namely They do not yet have a visual identity that is distinctive and conceptual. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan makna semiotika Pierce pada iklan produk makanan Indomie lima puluh&nbsp; tahun berdasarkan media elektronik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan&nbsp; pengamatan secara bertahap: 1. Mengumpulkan data penelitian pada benda-benda tertulis dari internet, dokumen iklan produk Indomie bertema “Lima Puluh Tahun”,&nbsp; 2. Waktu merupakan suatu alat yang sangat ampuh untuk manusia dalam mengatur segala jadwal antara lain, jadwal kerja, jadwal dalam melakukan aktivitas bahkan jadwal shalat lima waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Hakikat Waktu dalam QS. Al Ashr ayat dan menciptakan media komunikasi visual Surat Al-Ashr ayat 1 dalam bentuk kaligrafi Sufi. Metode yang digunakan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dari ayat Al-Qur’an, beberapa Tafsir serta buku-buku yang memiliki pembahasan terkait dengan penelitian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian&nbsp; ini adalah waktu dalam Al-Quran dapat digantikan dengan kata Al-Ashr yang artinya ialah waktu yang singkat, waktu menjelang terbenamnya matahari dan bisa juga dimaknai sebagai suatu masa secara mutlak.
