Author Guidelines

MATRIK Journal focuses in publishing research articles, literature reviews and current issues related to Computer Science and Information Technology. The main objective is to provide a means of publication for lecturers, academics and researchers to share knowledge and thoughts in the field of Computer Science and Information Technology.

This journal publishes articles in all areas of Computer Science and Information Technology such as Data Mining / Web Mining, Datawarehouse, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Cloud & Grid Computing, Decision Support System, Human Computer & Interaction, Mobile Computing & Application, E-System, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Information Retrievel (IR), Computer Network & Security, Multimedia Systems, Information Systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Accounting Information Systems, Database Security, Network Security, Fuzzy Logic, Expert Systems, Image Processing, Computer Graphics , Computer Vision, Semantic Web and others who are allied with Computer Science and Information Technology

Please read the MATRIK Journal writing guidelines and follow the instructions carefully. Manuscripts that do not meet the instructions will be returned for revision without review. The Chief Executive Editor has the right to return manuscripts that do not comply with the Template.

Paper Size: A4, with a number of pages 8-12
Margin: Up, down and right = 2 cm, left = 2.5 cm
Text: Written using Times New Roman 11pt with 1 space

The title is written in accordance with the rules of writing the title, using capital letters type Time New Romans size 12pt and thick. Maximum number of words in the title is 20 words including subtitles (if any)


Authors can be individuals or groups, the main writer is placed as the first writer. The author's name uses Times New Roman 11 pt, placed in the middle under the title

Correspondence Address
The author includes the e-mail address or institution where he belongs. Correspondence address is written under the author's name with the provisions of the letter 11 pt and uses the times new roman letter

Abstracts are written using Times New Roman font size of 10 letters. Abstracts are written in Indonesian and English, consisting of a maximum of 200 words that briefly describe the background, results methodology and conclusions. Do not use symbols, special characters, or mathematical models in the title and abstract

Use Times New Roman Bold 10pt and consist of a maximum of 6 keywords or phrases. Each keyword is separated by commas and uses 1 space

The introduction contains the background and some literature studies related to the research or writing to be published. The introduction is written in a conical model from the general point of the problem to be discussed until it decreases in a specific direction until a point is obtained from the core of the article to be discussed

The methodology section discusses the sequence of methods to be used along with a theoretical study of each method. In this section sources or literature that can be included as references regarding the method and how the method will be applied. Submission of methods can be visualized in a picture / diagram that is able to convey the work sequence or process used

Results and Discussion
Results and Discussion contain exposure to the results of the implementation of the research. In this section, all results obtained are included, including the possibility of a mismatch between the results and the current theory. Results must be displayed as-is without engineering or modification of data. Discussion of results can be strengthened by literature review or supporting reference literature. The description in the discussion needs to be careful in discussing the results obtained on the problems / subjects stated in the writing. Discussion can be made possible in the form of a scientific understanding of the ideas or ideas expressed in the writing

Conclusions and suggestions
Conclusions, conveying critical final results that answer / uncover the problems or ideas that are the subject of the conclusion. Conclusions are presented in a simple but able to reveal the main points to be stated. Suggestions convey other things to be conveyed about the final results or conclusions that have been obtained

Acknowledgments are addressed to those who have supported the research. Particularly agencies or institutions that have supported funding of research or studies that have been carried out

Literature / references
This section contains all references and literature used in writing. All references mentioned must be referred to in writing. Minimum references used in one article are 5 references. And in making citations using tools reference manager (Mendeley) with IEEE style citation.
