The journal follows the Core Practices outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

 Submitting a Complaint
Authors, reviewers, readers, or any concerned individuals can submit a complaint regarding any aspect of MATRIK's: Jurnal Manajemen, Teknik Informatika dan Rekayasa Komputer operations through our contact's email. Please include the complainant's contact information, a detailed description of the complaint, and any supporting evidence or documentation in submitting your complaint.

Confidentiality and Anonymity
