Meningkatkan Self-Efficacy Pasien Hemodialisis melalui Program Afirmasi Positif

Positive affirmations are positive statements that are used to get rid of negative thoughts where these statements are instilled in oneself. The purpose of this activity is to increase the self-efficacy of hemodialysis patients. The method of carrying out structured activities such as screening for patients, education preparation, delivering teaching to the patient, and conducting monitoring and evaluation. This activity results, mostly patients reported that their positive affirm and self-efficacy are getting better. Positive affirmations can be given to someone who is experiencing powerlessness or fatigue about what is currently being lived. Based on our survey we found that the majority of the hemodialysis patients reported the powerless, and that impact self-efficacy of the patients. In order to improve self-efficacy among those patients we delivered an affirmation therapy education for self-efficacy improvement. The impact of this activity is to assist people in reducing stress and feeling depression leading to healthy life and better life.

Hypertension is a condition of high pressure in the blood vessels and is an incurable disease that requires lifelong treatment and good lifestyle modifications. The aim of this activity is to promote activities in the form of socialization on controlling hypertension in the elderly in Karangsari village especially improving the quality-of-life expectancy and reducing mortality due to hypertension complications in the elderly. The method used is starting with group gymnastics activities and continuing with socialization and finally a question-and-answer session from participants. analysis the area, socialization, and writing the report. The activity was attended by 80 participants. The results of this community service have a pivotal role and impactful because of the high enthusiasm of the elderly with many questions asked. The elderly are the age group that has the highest risk factors for hypertension, so disease control and medication compliance are the best ways to prevent complications of hypertension such as stroke, heart failure and myocardial infarction. The implication of this activity is assisting people, particularly elderly group to prevent from complications of hypertension earlier.

The bank launches of its digital wallet product, namely Balipay. It faces a big challenge because it has just entered a market that is already very competitive. This service activity aims to develop a market access strategy for the Balipay e-wallet product by taking into account the identified problems, so that the product can be accepted in the market using digital marketing methods, communication strategy, and providing flyers. After the socialization, business owners' knowledge of the benefits of e-wallets as promotional content and increasing consumer purchasing power will increase and have a sense of interest in registering their business to Balipay products. In this regard, the right strategy is needed so that the Balipay e-wallet product can be accepted by the public. It has a good impact on people to use Balipay products.

The aims of this community service activity are to provide training for mosque administrators in Istiqmal Mosque and to provide knowledge about how to prepare mosque financial reports using an Excel-based application, namely XL Akoontan. We design the mosque financial statement application that meets the criteria for Financial Accounting Standards. Therefore, the financial statement can be accurately accounted for by the people who have donated some of their wealth to the mosque. The method for implementing this service program is initial preparation, main implementation and final assessment. The results of the activity have a positive response from the members. The mosque administrators believe that the training and assistance in preparing financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards based on the Excel program are able to improve their knowledge and ease them in preparing financial reports. The training can improve the administrator’ skills and the accuracy in financial reporting. The impact of this activity is mosque administrators can be easier and more efficient in preparing financial statements.

The result of this service activity is an increase in production quality which can be seen from the increased management capability of Rengginang Opak managers. The aim of this activity is to provide marketing-related training using a digital marketing platform based on Google My Business. The method in this research consists of planning, observation and implementation. The results of the socialization activities have run well and were successful. This activity is proven by the partner's success in creating an account and sending products on that account. To reduce too much coconut fiber waste, it is necessary to have a recycling process for this waste into products with high selling value. Traditionally, coconut fiber is only used to make brooms, doormats, ropes and other household items. The society has utilized coconut fiber waste into an environmentally friendly product that is very beautiful and has high selling value. It has the impact of increasing participants' knowledge and understanding of digital product marketing and increasing their confidence in marketing their products online.

Early marriage or marriage at a young age contributes greatly to the high death rate when women first give birth. Data on marriages of children under 16 years of age as many as 9.23% still occur in child marriages. It has indeed decreased from 10.28% in 2019 and 10.35% in 2020. The purpose of this community service is to provide socialization and to educate society, particularly teenagers about preventing early marriage in Singkawang City. The method of implementing service is carried out by providing education which is followed by teenagers in Singkawang City. The results obtained in this activity were the knowledge value before and after education with a value of 47.3 and experienced an increase of 97.3. This youth education contains positive values, by postponing marriage until the 'mature' age, is more important. The impact of this community service is expected to reduce the percentage of early marriage and to support them to get a brighter future.

Nagari Batu Bajanjang has great natural potential for development. Nagari has beautiful views with cool air and areas producing horticultural crops, especially avocados and tomatoes. However, there have been no activities or steps taken by the inhabitants or stakeholders to achieve the Nagari Medium Term Development Plan to develop tourism in the area. For this reason, the purpose of this activity is to design a tourism development master plan for the community so that they can utilize the area more economically. The method used is conducting discussions and collaborating with the Nagari society, conducting surveys, and carrying out designs by experts. Afterward, carry out a joint evaluation with the Nagari and the Nagari community. The result of this activity was to produce a tourism master plan design for the development of the Nagari. The master plan design consists of water tourism design, children's play design, parking, prayer room, camping ground, activity hall, food court, and hot water bath. The contribution of this community service is that society can utilize the amenities to increase their income.

This training activity is one of Kosabangsa's programs for 2023. Participants in this training consist of village owned enterprises and farmer groups totalling 26 people. The method used in this service is socialization and training related to technology and innovation in processing and packaging fruit chips. The results of implementing community service through questions and answers and discussions are that the community strongly agrees with the training on processing and packaging fruit chips because it can increase understanding, skills and new, more innovative business ideas to improve the economy of Gelangsar village residents. Through this training, the community has new insights regarding the latest technology and innovation in processing chips from post-harvest fruit and packaging them so that they are durable and long-lasting. The continuation of this program is related to product marketing assistance which will collaborate with various related parties such as Business and Technology Incubator of Universitas Islam Al-Azhar and Nusa Tenggara Barat Mall. The impact of this program is the local people are able to increase their income through the training.

Mathematics tutoring is motivated by children's low motivation and mathematical abilities. Tutoring is an activity provided by experts to help individuals face and solve problems related to learning. Therefore, this service activity aims to increase motivation to learn mathematics from an early age. The hope is that if the motivation to learn is good, then the learning results will also be good. The service activity involved 31 people. The method used is collaborative learning. Where students discuss in groups to solve mathematical problems. The result of this program is that students seemed more enthusiastic about learning during the activity. This is reflected in when doing the homework given by the teacher, students are more enthusiastic. At the end of the activity, students are given questions to measure the success of the tutoring activity. Of the 31 people, there were 87% of students with learning results above 75. Apart from that, students admitted that with tutoring activities students were more motivated in learning mathematics. Consequently, it can be concluded that tutoring activities can foster learning motivation and overcome difficulties in understanding mathematics. The impact of this activity is that the students are motivated to learn mathematics so that it can improve their performance and score.

Managing zakat services using a financial flow information system in accordance with technological developments can help the mosque prosperity council (DKM) to be more effective in recording and distributing zakat. The aim of this Community Service (PKM) is to open the insight and awareness of DKM Nurul Huda administrators, that the application of information technology (IT) can be carried out in religious organizations. Currently DKM Nurul Huda processes payments and distribution of zakat using handwriting. This makes it difficult for Ziswaf officers to calculate the amount of zakat that must be paid by muzakki and makes it difficult to record mustahik when distributing zakat. This PKM helps utilize SiKeMas (Mosque Financial Flow Information System) in managing zakat fitrah, trade and income. SiKeMas is an application built to make it easier for DKM administrators to manage mosque financial flows. One of the modules in SiKeMas is the receipt and distribution of zakat. The method for implementing this PKM is Service Learning. The results achieved from this service are participants' increasing insight regarding the application of IT in religious organizations. DKM Nurul Huda installed SiKeMas on the mosque's inventory computer. This change was also measured from the participant satisfaction questionnaire with this PKM activity, where the index value of 99% stated that participants were helped and found it easy to use SiKeMas in carrying out its functions and duties serving muzakki and mustahik.

The purpose of this activity is to promote the socialization of packaging and branding strategies to increase the competitiveness of UMKM products. The activity partner is the UMKM Forum of Mega Mendung District, Bogor Regency. The problem partners is the lack of product competitiveness in the market, related to the use of product packaging that is not yet innovative and contemporary and still lacks member knowledge about packaging strategies and building good product brand identification. The activities are carried out in three stages. The first stage is a survey of service locations and conducting interviews with partners; the second stage is identifying partner problems and socialization needs; and the third stage is implementing activities. This community service activity was held on Saturday, August 7th, 2021. The method of implementing the activity is through material socialization on packaging and branding strategies, questions and answers, discussions, and video playback through the Zoom application. From the evaluation before and after socialization, it can be seen that there is an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of packaging and branding strategies in increasing product competitiveness.

Financial literacy is widely believed to be very important. The aim of this community service activity was carried out to reflect the team's awareness that youth financial literacy in Lombok is still very limited, especially in relatively small boarding schools. As it is known that most of the students at the Nurul Jannah Orphanage do not have complete parents to provide basic education regarding financial literacy, the orphanage is seen as the right location to be given insight and knowledge related to financial management. The method for implementing financial literacy education in this community service is through project based learning. This community service began with thorough need analysis, material delivery, and project-based learning attended by 50 students. The results of this community service activity shows that the students are able to implement the material presented in financial management based on wise budgeting between needs, wants, savings, and investments. Not only that, participants were also able to design a simple business according to the capital given by the team.

The aim of this service is to provide knowledge and self-development skills for students in Kastela Village, Ternate Island. This ability is expected to improve the foreign language skills of the younger generation and as a form of implementation of the tridharma of higher education to empower society. The target participants for this PKM activity are 30 grade 5 students at SDN 58 Ternate City. The method used in this service is game-based learning with an outdoor class system. The implementation of this community service activity will apply a translanguaging approach as a form of preserving local wisdom by empowering children's mother tongue, namely Ternate, as one of the learning languages. The results obtained from this service are increasing students' knowledge of English using games and instruments. The obstacle faced in this service activity is the students' limited English language skills so that most of the explanation of the activity steps is carried out in Indonesian.

Child protection aims to maintain and protect the dignity and rights of children so that they do not experience violence or discrimination. The method used in implementing this community service activity is focus group discussion (FGD). The results of community service show that children who are not yet 18 years old receive legal protection according to Law No. 35 of 2014. Then there also needs to be legal protection for teachers when teachers implement disciplinary sanctions against students who violate school rules. This legal education can be a guide for the government, schools, and parents in looking at cases of violence against children. The government can develop appropriate programmes to reduce the number of violent incidents among schoolchildren by strengthening the role of teachers and parents. Parents need to understand the legal principles of child protection, while teachers, as substitutes for second parents, need to receive legal protection as regulated by the w. This service activity is carried out on 13th May 2023 for member and non member of an National Logistic association namely National Logistic Community. The method used in the implementation of this service is by Webinar using a relaxed but focused conversation approach with online media zoom to the participants registered. The result of this service is the understanding of participant was 19%, an average increase from 78% to 97% obtained from pre and post tests of 15 participants from those National Logistic Community’s member.

Indramayu Regency is one of the national rice producers. In increasing the productivity of rice plants, there are many obstacles faced. One of the causes of decreased rice productivity is bird rice pests. Based on the results of the service team's interviews with Jambe Village residents, they experienced crop failure due to bird pests. The aim of this community service is to make a bird repellent device in rice fields based on solar panels. It is hoped that this can overcome the problems in Jambe Village. This activity will start from April to August 2023. The method used is by utilizing sunlight to turn on the equipment. The bird repellent device uses an ultrasonic sensor with a frequency between 25-100 Hz. The ultrasonic sensor will later be turned on using a solar panel which receives power from the sun and then stored in a battery as power storage. From the results of the service, the tool managed to work well and was able to repel rice birds.

This activity aims to improve data literacy competencies so that participants are able to process data and turn it into information, as well as being able to create infographics from the processed data. There were 19 training participants in this activity consisting of 15 students and 4 teachers who taught crafts at Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 8 Gowa. The method of this activity consists of 3 main activities, namely the first is online data collection training which aims to find out tools that can help in data collection and how to arrange question items on the instrument. The second main activity is training in simple data processing using various kinds of diagrams available in Microsoft Excel as well as material on descriptive statistics which includes measures of central symptoms and measures of data spread. Finally, the participants were given infographic design training using Canva with the aim of simplifying the results of data processing that was previously carried out into infographics that were more interesting to look at. The results obtained were that the majority of participants felt that there had been great progress from this activity and that this activity was also in accordance with the current competency requirements.

There were two main activities in this training, namely numeracy training which aimed to make teachers understand the importance of numeracy in everyday life, and the importance of numeracy being included as content in other lessons. The second main activity is training in making simple numeration teaching aids so that it can make it easier for students to understand numeracy so that it can be implemented in everyday life. The results obtained by the majority of participants felt that there had been great progress from this activity and that this activity was also in accordance with current competency needs.

Meanwhile, the Kurikulum Merdeka is a policy in the education to make it easier for educational institutions, teachers and even students in the learning process. The presence of Bebras at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 8 Sokong, North Lombok Regency aims to improve teachers' teaching abilities and increase children's creativity to solve problems in subjects. The method used in this program are planning, preparation, socialization and training, and competition and evaluation Stage. The final result obtained was that the teacher was able to apply content to school subjects and sent the students of SDN 8 Sokong to take part in local and national level competitions. The content of Kurikulum Kampus Merdeka can produce competitive output for students are taught by their teachers to think computationally and find quick solutions to the problems given. One form of evaluating Bebras progress towards its students is competitions, both local and national, while the evaluation of the teacher's abilities is seen from the abilities of the students. The collaboration between Bebras Bureau Bumigora University and SDN 8 Sokong enable the students to compete at the national level.

Bajulan Village is a disaster-prone village which has experienced several disasters such as flash floods in 2020, fires in 2021, and landslides in 2021, 2022, 2023. This service aims to build a community of young Bajulan volunteers who are able to help other communities in dealing with all disasters, especially landslides. Not only that, this service also aims to install disaster signs to provide information to the community about which areas have a higher risk of landslides. The methodology used is Participatory Action Research. This method is used because it makes the community play an active role as the main actor in solving problems and researchers only act as facilitators. Then this method is used to get maximum results. In this method there is also an important stage called Focus Group Discussion which is a forum for residents to voice what their problems are and how residents can overcome them. Researchers invited the Regional Disaster Management Agency as a speaker on disaster mitigation education in the discussion. The result of this service is data that shows the main causes of landslides. Then, data shows how residents deal with landslides. Another result is the formation of a community of young volunteers for disaster resilience and disaster signs.

Many teachers are not ready to fulfill all the demands contained in the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka). In the field, the teachers experience challenges in creating interactive hybrid learning. One of the challenges is the use of the Internet of Things in creating teaching platforms and integrating online educational games into every learning meeting. Therefore, this community service activity aims at providing an assistance on how to create an online teaching platform integrated educational games. The method used in this activity was an adopted combination method including lecturing, discussions, demonstrations, exercises/practice, working instructions, and simulations. This activity was attended by 21 junior high school teachers consisting of various fields of study. This activity succeeded in making every teacher who took part in this activity have a teaching platform on a Padlet account according to their field of study and integrated with Quizizz game. Besides, this training also changed teachers’ perception. They found the integrated platform is easier to create after receiving training. In addition, they were also motivated to apply hybrid learning to support the implementation of the independent curriculum.

Artificial Insemination Training is an activity carried out to teach students about the techniques needed in collecting, processing, and storing cow semen properly and correctly. The purpose of this training is so that students can know the handling of bovine semen that is done properly and correctly to maintain the quality and viability of semen besides that students can also choose superior males, semen collection techniques, semen quality testing, handling, and treatment of semen and the right strange method which is expected after mastering students can apply it directly to the community. This training was conducted at the Artificial Insemination and Semen Production Service Unit in Pucak Village, Tompobulu Subdistrict, Maros District, Livestock and Animal Health Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. The object of this training was beef cattle in the Artificial Insemination Service Unit. The insemination stage is carried out through 6 stages, namely the semen storage stage (drum storage), semen quality evaluation stage (laboratory), equilibration process stage, pre-freezing stage, freezing stage, and straw storage stage. The method used in this activity is the lecture method and hands-on practice guided by field supervisors. The results of this PKM artificial insemination training are that students learn various aspects related to artificial insemination training

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the driving force of the economy that is expected to improve people's welfare. Community creativity and the ability to utilize existing natural resources to guide ideas and creations are realized in various MSME products. The purpose of this service program is to make existing product packaging designs, the work of the Central Lombok community, besides that we also provide assistance and training on how to market MSME products in Sintung village, Central Lombok Regency through virtual marketing strategies. The method used in this service is by identifying problems (mapping) offline; identifying problems from each MSME using indicators that have been determined by Bumigora University lecturers who carry out community service activities in Sintung Village. As a result of this community service, MSME communities are able to protect products to keep them good, clean, neat, and durable. The aim of this community service is to increase MSMEs' understanding of Fintech by providing literacy to build the financial resilience of MSMEs so that they do not get caught in Illegal Online Loan fraud. Adaptation to technological developments requires people to be smart about their finances. The partners of this service are the MSMEs of Gergunung Klaten Village, with 41 participants. The main problem faced by MSME partners in Gergunung Klaten Village is the lack of technological and financial knowledge among Gergunung Klaten Village MSMEs and the frequent offers of online loans, even though their knowledge, especially regarding FinTech, is still low, so they have the potential to become victims of illegal loans. This community service is focused on fintech literacy, which plays an important role in efforts to mitigate the risk of Online Loan victims. Through a service approach that involves counseling and providing clear and accurate information, MSME services and development can be empowered to make smarter financial decisions and be aware of the risks and benefits of fintech services, especially in the case of Online Loan. The methods used are counseling, prevention of illegal borrowing, and services, as well as developing the needs of MSMEs by simulating the use of fintech. The results of this service are able to increase fintech literacy and public awareness of the dangers of illegal Online Loan. With a better understanding of fintech and Online Loan, people, especially MSMEs, have the tools to make smarter financial decisions and reduce the risk of fraud. This effort contributes to the formation of a society that is more financially empowered and smarter when making transactions via financial technology platforms.

Pemanfaatan Maggot Sebagai Organisme Kecil Pengolah Sampah Organik

Each major city in Indonesia generally produces about 10 tonnes of waste per year. Efforts and strategies in effective waste management are to manage waste from its source. One of the sources of waste generation is households. The solution to the waste problem can be solved with bioconversion technology using insects. Black Soldier Fly (BSF) functions to decompose organic waste to produce economic value. The cultivation of maggots (Hermetia illuciens) in addition to breaking down organic waste can also be used as a source of animal feed. Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae are used as an alternative animal feed because they have a high source of protein. Biomass from waste products produced by maggot can still be used as a support in agricultural activities that can be used as organic fertiliser. Compost from maggot waste is part of the circular economy and zero waste measures. The implementation of this service aims to provide insight and knowledge and understanding of how to manage waste and recycle waste so as to produce a new product that is beneficial for plant survival and to socialise the use of maggot as a small organic waste processing organism is an important step in utilising waste into a useful result and the realisation of a healthy environment.

The world's energy sources have undergone several changes, from initially the majority used biomass to fossils which were triggered by the industrial revolution in the 1900s. The higher use of fossil energy causes an increase in greenhouse gas emissions. One alternative that can be done is the use of solar power plants. An example of its use is in fulfilling electrical energy as lighting with the use of electrical energy which still uses small power. Makassar Aviation Polytechnic together with Airnav Indonesia, collaborates in terms of utilizing solar-based renewable energy implemented in Mapanget Village, North Sulawesi. As for some points in this location, there is still minimal lighting so that it is prone to accidents and crime. The method used in this community service activity is the provision of knowledge about solar cells, solar cell wiring diagrams, and how to check and repair solar-based public street lighting. The results obtained from this community service are that people understand, can install and repair solar cell-based public street lighting. In conclusion, the existence of public street lighting on some roads in Mapanget Village can reduce the accident rate and provide a sense of security for the community when crossing the road

Pelatihan English as a Second Language Instruction in the Classroom

The importance of English as an international language makes the head of SMAIT Tunas Cendekia wants to make this school as a bilingual. To realize this goal, one way is to improve teachers this school to get English language training. This is what makes our team from the UNDIKMA English Language Education Program provides intensive English language training at the school to improve the teachers’ English skill. The method used for this service was sharing, theory and practice. The result from process evaluation: training preparation: 80% well and 20% sufficient, Implementation: 75% good, 25% sufficient, Aspects of Presenter competency: 90% good, 10% sufficient, Training materials; 80% good, 20% sufficient. Evaluation of result: first day, 95% of the material was absorbed well and 85% could be implemented well, second day, 85% of the language instruction material could be memorized well, and 80% could be put into practice, third day of the training material providing instructions in English in class, 90% could be absorbed well, and 85% could be put into practice directly, fourth day of implementation, giving instructions in English in class could be well absorbed 90% and 85% could be put into practice by the teachers.
