Kesadaran Hukum dan Partisipasi Orang Tua Terhadap Penyalahgunaan Minuman Keras di Desa Sokosari Tuban

Penyalahgunaan minuman keras oleh remaja merupakan masalah sosial yang terus berkem
bang di berbagai wilayah, termasuk di Desa Sokosari, Kecamatan Soko, Kabupaten Tuban. Rendahnya
tingkat literasi hukum di kalangan masyarakat, khususnya orang tua, turut menjadi faktor pemicu lemahnya
kontrol sosial terhadap perilaku anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran
hukum dan partisipasi aktif orang tua dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan minuman keras. Berangkat dari
teori kontrol sosial dan teori sosialisasi hukum dalam keluarga, kegiatan ini dirancang secara edukatif dan
partisipatif. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua yang kuat dalam
pengawasan dan komunikasi efektif sangat berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan perilaku menyimpang.
Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini mencakup: penyuluhan hukum kepada orang tua terkait
dampak hukum dan sosial penyalahgunaan miras, pelatihan pola asuh dan komunikasi efektif dalam
keluarga, distribusi media edukasi seperti poster hukum, pembentukan relawan keluarga peduli hukum,
kolaborasi lintas sektor dengan pemerintah desa dan lembaga terkait, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan dan
penyusunan rekomendasi tindak lanjut. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terbentuk kesadaran
kolektif masyarakat terhadap bahaya miras, serta meningkatnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam mencegah
penyalahgunaan alkohol sejak dini. Program ini juga berupaya membangun kolaborasi antara keluarga,
komunitas, dan pemerintah desa dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat, aman, dan berdaya hukum.
